Banana & Strawberry Smoothie
- 6 oz of skim milk
- 1 medium size banana
- 4 strawberries
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey protein 20gms of protein (I use GNC brand)
- 2-3 ice cubes
Blend with hand blender or in a regular blender. Drink up!
Mango & Peach Smoothie
- 6 oz of skim milk
- 1 small mango, pealed and quartered (you can substitute with 1/2 cup of frozen mango)
- 1 peach, pealed and quartered (you can substitute for canned peaches)
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey protein 20gms (I use GNC brand)
- 2-3 ice cubes
Blend with hand blender or in regular blender. Bottoms up!
