Ever wake up and say to yourself today I am going to do 400meters of lunges. Nope?!? Well, me neither but today I had to do just that at CrossFit SouthTown and that's the main reason why I joined, cuz my coach makes me do things that I hate yet are great for me.

Every 2 minutes: jump rop 40x (or 20 Double Unders)

And my legs were jelly after and they shook at every move. Tomorrow by butt is going to hurt...oh ya!
